Return and Refund Policy

At ArtWeb, we understand that plans can change, and we have a flexible return and refund policy for our courses. This Return and Refund Policy describes the conditions under which you can submit a request for a refund or course transfer, as well as our obligations to students. The Policy is developed in accordance with the laws of Canada.

1. Refund Conditions
We provide refunds or compensation in the following cases:

You submitted a refund request no later than 10 business days before the course starts.
The course was canceled or rescheduled by us, and the suggested time does not suit you.
You are unable to participate in the course due to valid reasons such as illness or other unforeseen circumstances (appropriate documentation is required).
If the refund request is approved, the amount is returned within 10 business days to the same payment instrument used to pay for the course.

2. Course Transfer
If you cannot attend the course on the selected dates, we offer the possibility of transferring to another session of the same course or another course of similar value. Transfer is possible upon submitting a request no later than 10 business days before the course starts. 3. Partial Refund
In case you started the course but decided to stop, a refund may be considered on an individual basis. The amount of the partial refund is calculated based on the lessons attended and materials provided at the time of the request.

4. How to Submit a Refund or Reimbursement Request
To submit a refund or reimbursement request, send an email to info@artweb.ca indicating your details, course name, reasons for the request, and supporting documentation (if required). We will review your request within 14 business days and contact you to clarify details.

5. ArtWeb's Obligations
We strive to ensure a high level of service quality and are always open to resolving any issues related to training and your rights. In case of changes to course conditions or other circumstances, we will definitely notify you and offer alternative solutions.

6. Changes to the Return and Refund Policy
ArtWeb reserves the right to make changes to this Policy. We will notify users of all changes on this page. We recommend checking the Return and Refund Policy for current conditions before registering for a course.
